Dan has been with St. James Securities for over 25 years joining as a graduate from Northumbria University and progressing through the company to the position of Construction Director.

Since joining the company, Dan has completed a Masters degree in Project Management, which is where his focus within the business lies, ensuring that all projects are delivered in line with key project deliverables. Dan is involved in the development process from feasibility stage to the point of handing over keys at the end, thereby ensuring a full understanding of the projects’ requirements and needs throughout.

In his spare time, Dan has a passion for cycling and loves nothing better than a long steep climb to burn off excess energy.
