Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in Commercial Property having been active in the development field since 2007 and prior to that as a Director and Head of Agency for Lambert Smith Hampton.

Whilst being involved in the entire development process, Paul’s core skills include sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions, design development, tenant pre-letting with a particular expertise in funding and deal structuring.

Paul lives on a small farm in the Yorkshire Dales with his partner and two Rottweilers who are softer than he is.
