The Taylors Finished Goods Warehouse at St James Business Park was a new 6,968 sq.m distribution warehouse for Betty's & Taylors Group Ltd for the distribution of their products both throughout the UK and around the world.

St James Securities Ltd provided Development Management services on behalf of Olicana Properties Ltd to provide the shell and fit-out of the building, including a bespoke racking system within the warehouse and the fit-out of the ancillary office accommodation and van wash facility. The project was completed in 2011.
