The Centenary Square scheme in the heart of Bradford City Centre opposite the City Hall is 5,200 m² of bars and restaurants including the city’s new Art Gallery and Impressions Photographic Gallery. Tenants include a mixture of household names including Starbucks and JD Wetherspoons along with a number of local businesses. The building was a new build and is an exciting modern take on a conventional terrace. The scheme was developed in our Asda St James joint venture and was completed in 2004.
