The Centreport site extends to 310 acres and the development was brought forward in our Sterling St James Joint Venture. We successfully delivered a 75,000 m² distribution depot for Tesco costing approximately £65M. This was a challenging site with a number of ecological and archaeological issues to overcome before works could commence on site, which saw the delivery of Tesco’s new distribution hub completed within 38 weeks. The development created 1,000 new jobs for Goole.
