Wheatley Park lies in a beautiful wooded valley and is an oasis of calm only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Calder Valley and M62 corridor. The site was acquired in 2007 with ambitious plans to transform this former mill complex into a rural office estate.

In 2009 we completed the development of the first building, a 3,000 m² two storey former mill. The building was transformed into a modern environmentally sensitive office building. In 2011 we completed the renovation of the 1812 building which was converted to create small office suites.The site has since been sold.
